According to today's competitive conditions and changes in economic conditions and the transition from "industrial economy" to "knowledge-based economy", relying on intellectual capitals and acquiring wealth by them is very important. The aim of this study is to provide key components of knowledge management at the national level to build strategy and implement them successfully at country level. To obtain these components, knowledge management experiences in a number of countries were studied and key components were extracted and classified. Then In order to measure the existence and intensity of relationship between components and to achieve lattice structure between them Dymtl fuzzy technique was used. The results show that key components for the implementation of knowledge management at the macro level respectively are: perspective and top documents, supporting systems (human resources system, supporting system of government, industry and university,) motivators, cultural factors, environmental factors, knowledge creation, knowledge sharing, knowledge application. These components resulted in income growth and economic prosperity, strong accountability, flexibility, scientific and technological development, innovation, wisdom, self-sufficiency (development and deepening of the culture of self-confidence, innovation and creativity at all levels and dimensions), national pride, increase of productivity, improvement of social welfare indices and divine knowledge. Ultimately these factors facilitate achieving knowledge oriented community. The results of Dymtl technique show that "culture" component is the most influencing one, "knowledge-based community" component is the most penetrable one, "perspective and top documents" is the most important one and "the development of science, technology and innovation" is the most crucial. Other achievement of this study is to provide lattice structure between components that will determine the relationship between them.

The aim of this article is to develop a conceptual model for knowledge management in media organizations after assessing the dimensions and the overall situation of knowledge management in media organizations. To achieve this theoretical bases, domestic and foreign researches and of media organizations experiences were studied to provide the main material required for designing the model. Since the characteristics of media organizations are different from the industrial and manufacturing organizations, knowledge management models of manufacturing industry cant be transferred totally to media organizations. The data for this study are acquired using structured questionnaires consisting of the three sample groups totaling 388 people: managers, news editor, writers and journalists. The results of the analysis indicated that knowledge management model has three main factors including: power sources and capacities, operating steps and ultimate goals. The results of variance analysis showed a significant difference between knowledge management and moderating variables (age, gender, education, etc) at the alpha level of 5%. Furthermore the results indicate that the knowledge management in media organizations is in an inappropriate condition. This lack of desirability is obvious especially in the field of covert knowledge and making overt and covert knowledge pragmatic.
